John Graham
For over 12 years, John Graham was the heart and soul of Hampton Racquet, dedicating himself to creating a strong, welcoming community in East Hampton.
Known for his generosity, kindness, and love of life, John was deeply loved by everyone who knew him.
He was passionate about mentoring children, especially through the Kids Camp at Hampton Racquet, where he shared his values and encouraged kids to grow both on and off the tennis court.
His dedication extended beyond the club as he supported local organizations like the Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center and Project Most, always working to improve the lives of young people.
Advocate for important causes, including the Wounded Warrior Project and the Ellen Hermanson Foundation, where he was honored in 2021 for his contributions.
John was described as vibrant, unselfish, and full of humor. Despite his own struggles, he always found ways to bring light and joy to others. He passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving behind a legacy of love, generosity, and community that will be cherished for years to come.
