As a junior player Julius reached as high as No. 88 in the world by the ITF. Highest ATP ranking of No. 1,103 in the world was in 2014 August. Reached quarterfinals 4 times in singles in ATP futures tournaments. Highest doubles ATP ranking was 1,044 after winning a title in a Futures tournament. Won Lithuanian men’s tennis championships twice in both singles and doubles. Two-time member of Lithuania’s Davis Cup team.
Now Julius plays Division I tennis at the George Washington University. In 2015-2016 he played #1 singles and #1 doubles and helped GW to win 3rd consecutive A-10 championship title by advancing to the NCAA championship for the third time in a row.
